Questions Before You Buy
No. This diffuser is designed for a light, clean, and continuous fragrance rather than an overpowering scent. Start with the low setting first, then increase the intensity if needed. If you are sensitive to fragrances, test it for a short time first and keep the car properly ventilated.
The solar panel is mainly for daily auxiliary power and works best under direct sunlight. On cloudy days, at night, in underground parking, or behind dark tinted windows, solar efficiency may decrease. For first use, we recommend fully charging the device before placing it in a well-lit area.
This is usually related to light conditions, battery level, or the smart auto start-stop function. When the light is weak, the battery is low, or the car is stationary, the device may enter a low-power mode. It can resume working when it receives enough light, senses movement, or is manually turned on.
When used correctly, it is not easy to leak. Please keep the device upright and flat, do not turn it upside down, and avoid overfilling it. Do not use high-alcohol, corrosive, or unknown fragrance liquids. In hot summer conditions, avoid leaving low-quality liquid fragrances under direct sunlight for long periods to reduce the risk of evaporation, leakage, or interior damage.
We do not recommend placing it where it may block your view, interfere with airbag deployment, sit near the steering wheel, or slide during driving. A cup holder, stable center console surface, or another secure location that does not affect driving safety is recommended. Safety should always come first for any car accessory.
Fragrance duration depends on the intensity setting, temperature, ventilation, and amount of fragrance used. High settings, hot weather, open windows, or strong airflow may make the fragrance run out faster. For longer-lasting use, we recommend low or medium mode and refilling as needed.
