Refund policy

We accept returns on eligible unused items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Opened, used, damaged, or partially consumed fragrance products are not eligible for return unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping fees, duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.
For U.S. orders, any duties or import fees paid at checkout are non-refundable after the order has shipped.
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
